What information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us by email, phone or social media, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Appointment bookings. Online bookings are handled by our booking provider, My Local Salon, on their own platform. When you book, you provide your details directly to them, and they process this on our behalf so we can manage your appointment. Please see their privacy policy for more information.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use cookies to collect information about how you use our website, such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location (city or region level).
How we use your information and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiries and manage your appointments (contract, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract)
- To keep records of treatments, such as colour formulas and patch test dates, so we can provide a safe and consistent service (legitimate interests)
